Jason Borrevik Biography
Early Life & Education
Jason Borrevik grew up in Eugene, Oregon, spending his childhood deeply involved in academics and sports. With a grandfather that played in the NBA for the Oregon Ducks in the 1940s, sports were a big part of Jason’s childhood.
Jason attended the University of Oregon, graduating in 1994 with a BA in Economics. He continued his education at the University of California, Berkley, Boalt Hall, to pursue a Law degree. Jason also worked as a legal intern with the Oakland Rangers during his studies.
Upon graduating from the University of California, Jason joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a law firm based in Palo Alto, CA. He worked as a senior associate in the firm’s executive compensation and benefits group.
Jason joined Compensia in 2005. Compensia is a management consulting firm that provides executive compensation in addition to other advisory services. It focuses exclusively on technology and life sciences companies. Principal and Management Consultant Jason Borrevik advises his clients on compensation for executives. Principal Jason Borrevik was previously a corporate attorney in an advisory role. Before joining Compensia, he worked as a senior associate for seven years at Wilson, Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
